Increased MQLs by 1,833% for Quattro Capital with a New Optimized Website

Quattro Capital is a multifamily real estate investment firm committed to delivering consistent and lasting returns for investors while improving local communities. Its fractional creative director came to Kreativa Group with a white label opportunity to redesign their website, making it more modern and focused, leading to an instant 1,833% MQL increase.

Quattro Capital had specific requests, beyond wanting a better looking, functioning, and converting website. They also wanted to be able to update the website themselves easily post-launch. We ultimately choose Squarespace as this website’s CMS for this main reason. Although we used Squarespace, we started from a blank canvas. No templates here. We prototyped the entire website in Figma. The subsequent website is 100% custom, with hundreds of lines of CSS, and an integration with Hubspot via Zapier.
