Kreativa Group’s Karina Rubiera Featured in Authority Magazine

December 9, 2024

We’re beyond excited to share that Karina Rubiera, Co-founder of Kreativa Group, was recently featured in Authority Magazine!

In this insightful interview, Karina opens up about her journey as a female founder, sharing thoughtful advice and valuable lessons learned along the way. From the importance of adaptability to building strong partnerships, her story is one of creativity, resilience, and leadership.

Here are some highlights that stand out…

“Be pivot-friendly. The best laid plans often get disrupted as growth will always come with change. Be ready to accept change without losing focus of the long term goals. It’s this change that will lead you where you wanted to be.”

Embracing flexibility is essential for navigating the unpredictable nature of entrepreneurship, especially as a founder in the agency world. Whether it’s adjusting strategies mid-project to ever-changing client needs or adapting to new market trends, Karina is always ready to pivot and adapt as needed.

On women starting companies and what may be holding back more women from founding companies, “In one word, PERCEPTION. When perceptions change, behaviors change. Hoping to see this change become a movement.”

We advocate for more women in leadership positions to level the playing field and we believe that society stands to benefit greatly from the products and services women create. In light of this, we’re striving and committed to pay and position equity. We pay and promote our team based on their experiences, skills, and contributions, not anything else.

“Empathy. The world needs it now more than ever. Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy. Truly get to know your clients, community, world. When you understand, you connect. And with connections you can make more positive impacts in your business as well as the world around you.”

“Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy.” Powerful words as empathy is one of our core values. And we hope that by being a little bit more empathic today and tomorrow, we’re doing our small part in making our world a slightly better place than it was yesterday.

UX Writing Best Practices That Drive Real Conversions

UX writing is one of those things that looks easy until you actually try to do it well. Every button label, error message, and form field is a decision — and those decisions add up fast. The difference between Submit and Get My Free Proposal is not subtle, it is measurable. Good interface copy reduces friction, builds trust, and moves users forward without them noticing the effort behind it. If your digital experience feels clunky or your conversion rates are stalling, the copy is worth a hard look. This one tends to surprise people.

Google Ads Performance Grader: Improve Your Results

Your Google Ads account might be spending more than it should, and you may not even know it. The Google Ads Performance Grader gives you a scored breakdown of where your campaigns stand across Quality Score, impression share, wasted spend, and more, benchmarked against similar accounts. It is fast, free, and genuinely useful for identifying what is quietly draining budget. That said, the grade is just the starting point. Knowing what to actually do with those results is where real growth happens.

Cross-Channel Paid Media Analytics for B2B Brands

Running paid media across multiple platforms without unified analytics is like reading five different maps to reach one destination. Cross-channel paid media analytics consolidates performance data from Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond into a single framework, giving B2B brands a clear picture of what is actually driving revenue. From attribution modeling to smarter budget allocation, the insights compound over time. The result is less wasted spend, sharper strategy, and performance narratives that actually hold up in the boardroom.
