Kreativa Group’s Karina Rubiera Featured in Authority Magazine

December 9, 2024

We’re beyond excited to share that Karina Rubiera, Co-founder of Kreativa Group, was recently featured in Authority Magazine!

In this insightful interview, Karina opens up about her journey as a female founder, sharing thoughtful advice and valuable lessons learned along the way. From the importance of adaptability to building strong partnerships, her story is one of creativity, resilience, and leadership.

Here are some highlights that stand out…

“Be pivot-friendly. The best laid plans often get disrupted as growth will always come with change. Be ready to accept change without losing focus of the long term goals. It’s this change that will lead you where you wanted to be.”

Embracing flexibility is essential for navigating the unpredictable nature of entrepreneurship, especially as a founder in the agency world. Whether it’s adjusting strategies mid-project to ever-changing client needs or adapting to new market trends, Karina is always ready to pivot and adapt as needed.

On women starting companies and what may be holding back more women from founding companies, “In one word, PERCEPTION. When perceptions change, behaviors change. Hoping to see this change become a movement.”

We advocate for more women in leadership positions to level the playing field and we believe that society stands to benefit greatly from the products and services women create. In light of this, we’re striving and committed to pay and position equity. We pay and promote our team based on their experiences, skills, and contributions, not anything else.

“Empathy. The world needs it now more than ever. Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy. Truly get to know your clients, community, world. When you understand, you connect. And with connections you can make more positive impacts in your business as well as the world around you.”

“Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy.” Powerful words as empathy is one of our core values. And we hope that by being a little bit more empathic today and tomorrow, we’re doing our small part in making our world a slightly better place than it was yesterday.

Website Accessibility Audit: What It Means for Business

A website accessibility audit evaluates how effectively people with disabilities can use your site, covering everything from keyboard navigation to screen reader compatibility. It matters because inaccessible websites lose revenue, carry real legal risk, and quietly underperform in search. Automated tools only catch 30 to 40 percent of issues, so manual testing is essential. The audit itself is just the starting point. Sustainable accessibility means embedding it into how you build and maintain your site over time, not treating it as a one-time fix.

Webflow vs WordPress: Which Platform Wins for Agencies

Webflow or WordPress — it sounds simple until you are actually in the room making the call. Both platforms are legitimate. Both have real advantages. But they are not built for the same problems, and picking the wrong one has consequences. This breakdown covers what actually matters for marketing and creative agencies — design control, SEO performance, maintenance overhead, scalability, and total cost of ownership. If you want a clear, strategic answer instead of a generic feature list, this is where to start.
