Kreativa Group’s Karina Rubiera Featured in Authority Magazine

December 9, 2024

We’re beyond excited to share that Karina Rubiera, Co-founder of Kreativa Group, was recently featured in Authority Magazine!

In this insightful interview, Karina opens up about her journey as a female founder, sharing thoughtful advice and valuable lessons learned along the way. From the importance of adaptability to building strong partnerships, her story is one of creativity, resilience, and leadership.

Here are some highlights that stand out…

“Be pivot-friendly. The best laid plans often get disrupted as growth will always come with change. Be ready to accept change without losing focus of the long term goals. It’s this change that will lead you where you wanted to be.”

Embracing flexibility is essential for navigating the unpredictable nature of entrepreneurship, especially as a founder in the agency world. Whether it’s adjusting strategies mid-project to ever-changing client needs or adapting to new market trends, Karina is always ready to pivot and adapt as needed.

On women starting companies and what may be holding back more women from founding companies, “In one word, PERCEPTION. When perceptions change, behaviors change. Hoping to see this change become a movement.”

We advocate for more women in leadership positions to level the playing field and we believe that society stands to benefit greatly from the products and services women create. In light of this, we’re striving and committed to pay and position equity. We pay and promote our team based on their experiences, skills, and contributions, not anything else.

“Empathy. The world needs it now more than ever. Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy. Truly get to know your clients, community, world. When you understand, you connect. And with connections you can make more positive impacts in your business as well as the world around you.”

“Lead with empathy. Serve with empathy.” Powerful words as empathy is one of our core values. And we hope that by being a little bit more empathic today and tomorrow, we’re doing our small part in making our world a slightly better place than it was yesterday.

Programmatic SEO: Scale Organic Growth With Smart Pages

Programmatic SEO is one of those strategies that sounds technical until it clicks, and then you wonder why more businesses are not doing it already. Instead of writing individual pages one at a time, you build a system. Templates, structured data, and smart architecture work together to generate hundreds of targeted landing pages that capture real search intent at scale. For B2B companies especially, that specificity matters. Longer sales cycles, sharper buyer signals, and a need for relevance at every touchpoint make programmatic SEO less of a nice-to-have and more of a genuine growth infrastructure decision.

Shopify Loyalty Programs: Setup, Strategy & Top Apps

A well-built Shopify loyalty program does more than reward purchases — it quietly restructures how customers relate to your brand over time. Points, tiers, referrals, experiential perks... when these are configured with actual strategy behind them, repeat purchase rates climb and CAC drops. The right app matters, the earning rules matter, and honestly, so does how you communicate the program to customers. Done correctly, loyalty shifts your revenue model from reactive to relational. That distinction compounds. Start with the audit — see where your store actually stands.

PPC Agency for SaaS: Drive Pipeline and Real Growth

Not every PPC agency understands what it actually takes to grow a SaaS business. Subscription metrics, longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decisions — these are not details a generalist shop is built to handle. A SaaS-focused PPC agency connects paid media directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just clicks. From campaign architecture to attribution modeling to creative strategy, the right partner moves fast and thinks in LTV. If your current paid program is not generating consistent, qualified pipeline, it might be time to rethink who is running it.
