Our Approach
As this client's strategic growth partner, our expertise spans across three growth marketing channels, each one built to reinforce the others and drive compounding performance across the full funnel.
Website Design and DevelopmentWe undertook a full redesign of the client's Shopify store, building a modern, conversion-focused experience from the ground up. For a children's educational brand, the design needed to speak to two audiences simultaneously: the parents making the purchase decision and the children who would ultimately use the product. Every design decision, from visual identity to navigation to product page layout, was made with both audiences in mind and with conversion as the primary objective.
Paid MediaWe built a full-funnel paid media strategy that covers every stage of the buyer journey across three platforms. At the top of the funnel, Google Ads search campaigns and Meta Ads video campaigns drive brand awareness among parents and gift-givers actively discovering educational products for young children. In the middle of the funnel, Performance Max campaigns and retargeting keep the brand front of mind for shoppers in the consideration phase. At the bottom of the funnel, audience retargeting and a comprehensive Amazon Ads program capture high-intent buyers at the moment they are ready to purchase.
This interconnected approach ensures that no stage of the purchase journey is left unaddressed, and that every platform is working in concert toward the same revenue goals rather than operating in isolation.
Conversion OptimizationAlongside the paid media program, we executed a sitewide conversion optimization effort combining landing page A/B testing with design improvements across the entire website. Every test was designed to reduce friction in the purchase path and increase the rate at which visitors convert into buyers, maximizing the return on every dollar of paid media spend.

Year over year, the combined website redesign, paid media strategy, and conversion optimization delivered strong and balanced results across every key metric.
Revenue grew 130%, reflecting the compounding impact of a purpose-built Shopify storefront and a coordinated paid media program covering every stage of the buyer journey. CVR improved 47%, a direct result of the conversion optimization and A/B testing work that made the site meaningfully more effective at turning visitors into customers. ROAS improved 24% and CAC decreased 40%, proving that aggressive revenue growth and improving unit economics can and should go hand in hand.
