Backstory
Really Estate is a property tech startup focused on making real estate transactions easier and less stressful. Whether a user is finding an agent, buying a home, or selling one, Really Estate's platform is built around a seamless, intuitive experience that removes the friction that has always made real estate feel overwhelming.
As a new brand entering a crowded and competitive market, Really Estate needed more than a good-looking website. They needed a digital experience that could immediately communicate their value proposition, build trust with prospective users, and convert visitors into qualified leads from the very first day. Kreativa Group served as Really Estate's strategic creative partner, having designed, developed, and iterated on their Webflow website across two versions.

Our Approach
As Really Estate's strategic creative partner, our expertise was focused on one core discipline with a clear objective: build a conversion-optimized digital experience that turns visitors into qualified leads efficiently from launch.
Website Design and Development We collaborated closely with Really Estate's founding team from the very beginning, starting with brand identity. We developed the logo and color palette to reflect the brand's modern, friendly, and approachable positioning, setting the tone for everything that followed.
From there, we mapped out the entire user journey with precision, identifying key points of engagement, building a cohesive narrative as users navigate the site, and incorporating social proof through user testimonials at the right moments. The guiding principle throughout was a fundamental best practice in UX: get the user to their desired goal in the fewest clicks possible.
The site was custom coded in Webflow with wireframes and mockups built in Figma. Technical integrations included iHomeFinder for IDX home search results and Heyflow for custom form funnels, giving users a seamless path from property search to lead submission. Onsite SEO was built in from the content implementation phase, ensuring the site was discoverable from launch.
Following the success of the first version, we designed and developed a second version of the site, refining the experience further based on real user data and performance insights.

From day one, the Really Estate website performed at an above-average level across every key metric.
The site launched with an MQL conversion rate of over 9%, a strong benchmark for a brand new website in a competitive category. Following the launch of the second version, MQL conversion rate improved by an additional 36%, reflecting the compounding value of an iterative design and optimization approach. MQLs grew 77% and traffic increased 30%, establishing a growing and increasingly efficient acquisition funnel.
