In a category where consumers are increasingly values-driven and the product itself is breathtaking, the brand had everything it needed to succeed, except a digital presence and paid media strategy capable of delivering on that promise.

Website Design and Development We redesigned and redeveloped The Better Diamonds' website on Shopify, replacing a slow, difficult-to-shop experience with a modern, clean, and conversion-optimized storefront. Every design decision was made with the product in mind: lab-grown diamonds are visually stunning, and the site needed to do justice to that. The new experience is faster, more intuitive, and built from the ground up to turn browsers into buyers.

Paid Media We rebuilt The Better Diamonds' paid media program across Google Ads and Meta Ads, starting with a complete overhaul of campaign architecture, targeting, and creative strategy. A core part of the creative approach was developing video assets that showcase the quality of the diamonds through shine and sparkle, letting the product speak for itself in a format that performs on both platforms. Underperforming campaigns were replaced, and every element of the program was rebuilt to align spend with revenue outcomes.
