tm:rw is a first-of-its-kind experiential retail destination in the heart of Times Square, occupying a 20,000 sq. ft. three-level space in the historic Candler Building. Home to over 120 brands spanning gaming, health and wellness, beauty, food, entertainment, and sport, tm:rw is not a store in any traditional sense. It is a sensorial playground where innovation is experienced, not just sold, featuring the world's largest 3D retail hologram, one of only three transparent 4K smart TVs on public display in the world, and immersive zones designed by renowned architect Harry Nuriev of Crosby Studios.

Featured in Hypebeast, WWD, Chain Store Age, and Retail TouchPoints, tm:rw has quickly established itself as a defining moment in the future of retail. Our Approach

Design The brief was clear: create a world-class digital experience that captures the same immersive, futuristic energy of the physical store. We built a highly custom visual language that mirrors the boldness and forward-thinking aesthetic of the tm:rw brand, using dynamic layouts, purposeful typography, and a design system built to evoke curiosity and discovery at every scroll. For a brand that competes on experience, a templated approach was never an option.

Development We built the entire site on Shopify, pushing the platform far beyond its conventional boundaries. The build is highly custom and animation-driven, featuring fluid motion and interactive elements throughout that bring the digital experience to life in a way rarely seen on Shopify. The result is a storefront that feels less like an ecommerce site and more like an extension of the tm:rw world.

Content Strategy We developed and executed the full content strategy for the site, ensuring every word reflects the brand's bold, innovation-forward positioning. The tone was calibrated to speak to the curious, the forward-thinking, and the discovery-driven audience that tm:rw was built for.

Since launch, the new tm:rw website has delivered strong early results across every key metric, quarter over quarter.

Conversion rate grew 355%, the most direct signal that the new experience is turning visitors into buyers at a significantly higher rate. Organic search traffic increased 204%, reflecting a site architecture and content strategy built for discoverability from day one. Engaged sessions grew 37% and engagement rate improved 17%, confirming that visitors are connecting deeply with the experience rather than bouncing off it.
